    It's good, that's all

For being wireless, it's not too heavy. Keyboard is easy to use and mouse is responsive, Not the best set, but gets the job done for simple day to day use.

The keyboard seems smaller than usual. It doesn’t stay put. It works ok. Mouse works ok. Just not a high quality set, although the price was low.

I bought this little combo for my office and the plug n go worked right away. They are a lot cheaper online but I needed one right away and it isn't really expensive so I am happy to have the instant gratification..

    Missing parts...

Very nice keyboard and mouse but you sent it without the USB so it's worthless. I hope you will just send me the missing part so that I do not have to return the entire order. The packaging was non-existent, you just shipped the container so I am not surprised it fell out, it's a very small piece.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were not able to find the USB dongle. Sometimes it is hidden in the bottom of the mouse where the battery compartment is for safe keeping. If it is not located there, you may file a claim for a new one here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024926554-Warranty-Wireless-Combo-MK270. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

I completely understand that there are variations in assembly that affect fit and function. This keyboard must have been one that was built with less attention to detail. Keystrokes must be heavy to activate the sensor membrane beneath. The power switch as sensitive as well and often must be cycled to keep the power on during use. Very inconvenient and very annoying when you have to fiddle with it to keep everything operating as designed. It all works, slowly at times, if you handle it just right.

No issues other than it feeling cheap and too light. I haven’t had any problems but I don’t like how cheap it feels. I would get a more expensive Logitech keyboard.

Sorry to hear about your issue with the MK270. And though it didn't serve your purpose, glad that you found another Logitech keyboard that better suited your needs.

The keyboard in this is fine, I did have to glue the rubber pads back on. However the mouse lasted less than a year and quickly ran through batteries.

Feels cheap and has a button that automatically puts the computer to sleep in a really easily touchable spot. Had to return it.
