I kept thinking I had dropped something or spilled something in the keyboard, but there's nothing wrong in it. Even a week or two into having the keyboard I would be typing something and have 25 repeated letters before I could hit the key to make it stop.

The USB connector was tossed in the bottom of the box. There was no indication in the sale offer that this was an "open box", "returned" or "refurbished" product. This was a gift and I had not opened the box before wrapping it. Incredibly embarrassing. I will be very hesitant about ordering from Best Buy again.
