    Keyboard started acting up after 2 months. Eventually died. Tried contacting Logitech support but didn’t get any help.

    I bought this because the description said that the signal would reach 32 feet. It did not even seem to work 10 feet out.

      Hi Taxguy, Very sorry to hear about the disappointment you're having with the MK270 Wireless Keyboard and it's wireless range. The range is up to 10-meters depending on the environmental and computing conditions. Other sources that use Radio Frequencies could also cause interference like Wireless Speakers, Computer power supplies, Monitors, Cell Phones, and Garage door openers. Also, if you have the keyboard on metal surfaces or if you have the USB receiver plugged into a USB Hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch, these can cause interruputions.     No Receiver inside mouse/box - check upon receipt

    The product came without a receiver. Yes I checked the usual receiver dock inside the battery slot and it is empty.

      Hello Nick, we are sorry to hear that you couldn't find the receiver that came with the MK270. A common mistake that happens with the MK270, is that people aren't aware that the USB receiver is in a slot inside the package. Not inside the mouse or keyboard. Often times, it is accidently thrown away or accidently dropped and not aware of it. We appreciate the feedback. If you can return and exchange it, please do.     Just have one year anniversary (exact one year) with this set and the mouse is out of function. Very disappointed! Used to trust Logitech :(

      Very sorry to hear about the issue you had with the MK270 missing it's nano receiver. Hopefully you were able to exchange it and get one that has the receiver with it.       Hello DJWHTMR, So sorry to hear that the MK270 didn't work for you. There may have been some steps in the setup that you might have missed like plugging in the USB receiver to a different USB port, switching on the keyboard and mouse, etc. If you do decide to choose another Logitech combo mouse and keyboard, I suggest going to the product page for the device to help with troubleshooting and setup. Did you try to exchange it for another unit? Also, if you're using the keyboard and mouse with a desktop tower that is on the floor, try using an extension to bring the USB receiver to the desktop.
