This keyboard and mouse combo works well, but anything beyond 10 ft, it struggles. Tried using it with a projector in a classroom.

I went out and bought this on a limb because I was tired of the cord getting stuck in the cable management hole of my desk. Nice and affordable, it got the job done, but I didn't know about the 15% discount for recycling. I returned it and got one that suited me a little better. The biggest turn-off was that it didn't come with a Unifying receiver. When(and you will) you get tired of the mouse that comes with this keyboard, you will have to buy the receiver and a new mouse...after you research to make certain that your keyboard and mouse can be linked using the Unifying USB. Just get the combo that $4 more, recycle your old keyboard/mouse(voucher expires at the end of the year), and enjoy the M705 being linked to your Unifying USB!

I purchased to use it at work, the cables were an inconvenience at work. These items make my daily work better. Easy to set up!

Bought 2nd set for another laptop. Simple to use. Only use up one USB for both mouce and keyboard.
