I didn't get to try it out because I wasn't interested if it wasn't going to work with my existing Unifying receiver components. Logitech support confirmed that it uses a different wireless technology. I returned and purchased the K270 keyboard and it's Unifying receiver compatible. No confusion there...the MK270 keyboard / mouse combo isn't but the K270 keyboard is?

You are indeed correct with noticing that the combo doesn't use a Unifying receiver while the K270 on its own does. Great deal on the bundle

I like the design and feel of the keys. Works great and was easy to hook up. Mouse is also very comfortable to use. Best Buy had a great selection to choose from and I am happy I purchased this bundle.

Not worth it!

Isn't for those who have carpal tunnel or any wrist issues. This is not well made & for the price should have lasted a year, Disappointed. I'm still using it, but have a small book propping it up. Hard to see the light that lets you know the CAPS are on.

Connection drops and takes several tries to get re-connected. Wasn't to bad first few days, but got worse with time. I should have spent few extra bucks to get better model # No longer returnable, its now trash! what a lemon

If you have not already done so, I recommend downloading the Logitech “SetPoint” software for customization and updates. If you are still experiencing issues after installing “SetPoint” and restarting your computer, please run the “Connection Utility” software where you can reestablish a connection and check for updates to the USB Nano receiver. I hope these suggestions will resolve the issues that you have experienced, and that you will enjoy your MK270 mouse and keyboard combo. Please visit the Logitech website for further support.
