Budget Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. Entry-level. Have bought many of these.

The keyboard tends to lose connection to the usb receiver when it loses line-of-sight.

Works well. Keys not as soft as expected and mouse wheel not as smooth, but does the job.

The product was previously opened and casually put back in the box after removing the inner plastic envelope. The USB connector was tossed in the bottom of the box. There was no indication in the sale offer that this was an "open box", "returned" or "refurbished" product. This was a gift and I had not opened the box before wrapping it. Incredibly embarrassing. I will be very hesitant about ordering from Best Buy again.

Couldn't et it to connect to the dongle if it was plugged into the rear ports of the PC. Had to plug it into the front usb port instead but seems to be working just fine now.

This is the entry level Logitech combo, it works like it should, but its hard to have too high expections for it.

keyboard is slow to respond, not sure if it is supposed to be like that or if it is a bad one. the mouse looks ok.

May be its just my experience, but after few days of buying this product, i felt that keyboard gets hung and does not write for few seconds, then wakes up and starts writing.. i though it would be my batteries, so i bought new batteries but still the same problem. Things are getting more bad as days are passing by. Worst thing was the "return" time have elapsed and neither bestBuy nor Logitech can/are ready to help. Logitech will just keep you onhold on customerService call for hours and still no one will come to talk to you :-) .

Although the concept of a wireless keyboard is what I needed, this particular model did live up to my expectations. The keys stick all the time when type and if you type moderately fast, it will skip letters. Would not purchase again, and don't recommend this product. However, I Didn't have any issues with the mouse. Only reason this rating gets 2 stars. Recommend the mouse, but not the keyboard.

Ehh. It’s okay. For a keyboard it’ll do if you need it for awhile or as backup.

This item was nice for the price the keys were a little loud when typing I would have preferred one with softer keys

This is the second keyboard we have purchased from Best Buy and both had disabled "delete" keys? Waz up?

KIND OF FLIMSY AND AWKWARD TO USE! BOUNCES AROUND.

Works, seems to have limited range and connectivity, mouse is fragile, and only lasted 2 weeks, too late to take back.

I bought this product because I wanted to replace my "wired" keyboard. Unfortunately, the keyboard did not always respond when I clicked on the keys or there was a delay. I need a reliable keyboard because of data that I need to input on a daily basis. I cannot waste my time waiting for or deleting characters to appear. I actually disconnected and reconnected thinking that the placement of the usb may affect the performance. I even cleared areas on my desk to make sure that the communication between keyboard and usb was not compromised. None of that worked! It remains unused a month after my purchase! I've reviewed other Logitech keyboards but I'm hesitant about purchasing another one. Seems that the "wired" keyboard is most reliable right now!

Connected wirelessly fine, but most of the keys on the keyboard would not register without banging on them. May be fine for the person who “hunt and peck” type, but terrible for those who actually need to type something. Already returned it. At least that was easy to do at Best Buy.

The letter 2 Key function is not work at all, have to return

This Logitech Keyboard and Mouse I purchased to use with the Nee Laptop all on the Same day. I figured it would be easier for me. However I ran into issues trying to set it up with the Laptop. Then of course i also ended up having to buy and replace batteries. Overall it just had a lot of problems and issues for me.

Works okay. Uses up batteries fairly quickly. Doesn't do well with rechargeable batteries.

The keyboard constantly looses its connection. I’ve tried new batteries, changed ports, updated drivers and still the same problem. I’ve been using the mk320 for years. The only reason why I bought this was for the cap light indicator. I will be returning it.
