MK270 Logitech worked as advertised

Bought it for a 2nd time and the same thing happened. New batteries didn’t help. I only used each keyboard about 10 hours a week. Both were gently used. Getting another type of keyboard now.

The batteries were changed twice, I even switched the usb port to make sure it wasn't a connectivity issue. Still it didn't work. Really need this to fix a major computer issue and now instead have to make a mad dash back to return this thing. Sadly, the previous logitech wireless mouse purchased years ago was still working better than this keyboard and mouse atrocity. Hopefully, this was just a defect one time product. Really disappointed and upset.

I understand you have already returned this combo. My recommendation would be to install the Logitech "SetPoint" and "Options" software for customization, updates and best experience. If you were still experiencing issues, I would recommend running the "Connection Utility" software to reestablish a connection with the receiver and check for updates. Please always feel welcome to visit the Logitech website for support with any of your Logitech products.

I would’ve opted for a more sturdy option. We’ve had the keyboard for a month and the kick stand has broken already. For the price, this should be corrected ASAP. Extremely annoying.

Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.
Keyboard is fine.... But the mouse is unusable.

I looked in the box and the mouse itself, but was unable to find it. I now have a mouse I cannot use. Maybe it was just the box I got, but I would check that the pieces are there before you leave the parking lot.
