I wouldn't own use any other keyboard. I like the fact when the caps is on, a green light is displayed. The keyboard is also the perfect height.

Stopped working after 6 months

Bought it for a 2nd time and the same thing happened. New batteries didn’t help. I only used each keyboard about 10 hours a week. Both were gently used. Getting another type of keyboard now.

The batteries were changed twice, I even switched the usb port to make sure it wasn't a connectivity issue. Still it didn't work. Really need this to fix a major computer issue and now instead have to make a mad dash back to return this thing. Sadly, the previous logitech wireless mouse purchased years ago was still working better than this keyboard and mouse atrocity. Hopefully, this was just a defect one time product. Really disappointed and upset.

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to share your experience with the MK270 mouse and keyboard combo. I am sorry that you experienced an issue with your combo. I understand you have already returned this combo. My recommendation would be to install the Logitech "SetPoint" and "Options" software for customization, updates and best experience. If you were still experiencing issues, I would recommend running the "Connection Utility" software to reestablish a connection with the receiver and check for updates. Please always feel welcome to visit the Logitech website for support with any of your Logitech products.
