I hope you will just send me the missing part so that I do not have to return the entire order. The packaging was non-existent, you just shipped the container so I am not surprised it fell out, it's a very small piece.

Posted .Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were not able to find the USB dongle. Sometimes it is hidden in the bottom of the mouse where the battery compartment is for safe keeping. If that does not work, it does come with a 3 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you! This keyboard must have been one that was built with less attention to detail. Keystrokes must be heavy to activate the sensor membrane beneath. The power switch as sensitive as well and often must be cycled to keep the power on during use. Very inconvenient and very annoying when you have to fiddle with it to keep everything operating as designed. It all works, slowly at times, if you handle it just right.
