I purchased this for my work setup and for our grandparents when their HP had some issues. It is around 15 to 25 dollars for the set and the batteries last for 6 to 12 months on the mouse with daily use. Keyboard is a bit longer life (maybe 18 months). Not the most comfortable but great for light home office or office use.

Works well but a slight glitch

Sometimes when I’m typing away it will suddenly flood my document(s) with the last key pressed. Might just be typing too hard but thank goodness for the redo button.

Economical keyboard and mouse that works well

Very economical also. Has dedicated multi media controls and email, internet, sleep and calculator buttons on the top that are convenient and can be reprogrammed with Logitech's software. Disabled the sleep button (in power saving settings) in control panel because I was finding that I would accidentally press that key and my system would go to "sleep" at inconvenient times.
