I also just could not get comfortable working with the laptop and the other monitor I had hooked up to it at my desk. This keyboard and mouse combo does exactly what I need, and it didn't break the bank.

Read several reviews and was impressed with the 270 plus I was working with a limited area to put the keyboard in. I am happy with the performance and the only reason I give it a 4 rating is the fact that the mouse is very basic, somewhat small and hasn't a button for back functions or other commands. This is really my fault as I was looking for an inexpensive product. It performs well and I have no complaints there. It is a great basic model and I would recommend it.
