I thought it connects via bluetooth but actually u gotta connect with usb. I had hard time finding usb port on my back of TV but it worked fine after I connected.

I use it with laptop i keep it connectedto ro my TV. I sit about 8ft from the TV and it stays connected and is very responsive. Excellent combo for the price.
