Weak radio

I have other wireless Logitech keyboard such as the K350 that I have used for years with no issues. I cannot say the same for this model.

I really need a wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard does not send my typing to the computer, even though the device is plugged into the front of the computer in the USB port and it is directly under the desk.

Posted .Hey there LocalCPA. I'm very sorry to hear that you had some issues with your MK270. If you haven't done so already, make sure the keyboard is on and the battery tab is fully removed from the battery compartment. This may require fully opening the battery compartment to confirm. Also, make sure the device is fully plugged into the computer, and possibly try a different USB port if one is available. -Weston from Logitech.

Pay Attention - Not iOS compatable

Was a good keyboard

Today is April 14, 2023 and this thing died yesterday at 5:00. I wondered if it needed charging so I plugged it in and it 'charged' for six hours and still won't work. I tried plugging it in directly into the laptop and still would not do anything. The light did not come on, no keys would work. Back about a month ago, it started doubling letters when I typed. It wasn't a huge problem and sporadic so, I just dealt with it. I will try leaving it plugged into the laptop til the end of the day and update you.

Not Impressed

My biggest complaint was the space bar on Keyboard. If I didn’t press directly on the center of the key, it would not type, the key would flip from side to side. Returned it and got a Microsoft bundle for sale price which was much better.
