    When I first got it all was well however it Burns through batteries and I was getting intermittent connections which was directly related to power in the keyboard.

      Hello Mike! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your MK270 Full-size Wireless Membrane Keyboard and Mouse Bundle battery life. Normally, this Bundle is built to have its keyboard last to 36-month on 2 AAA batteries, and 12-month on 1-AA battery for the mouse. A suggestion I could make is keeping the USB receiver as close to your peripherals as possible, so if connected to a desktop tower in example, to one of the USB ports at the front of the tower instead of the back. Also, make sure nothing cuts the signal between the peripherals and the USB receiver. Lastly, turning off the mouse and keyboard products when not in use will definitely help with battery life as well. - Mathieu form Logitech

    Why would they hide the USB dongle in the box flap rather than in the slot inside the battery compartment of the mouse THAT'S MADE FOR IT??? I finally found it through a mention on Amazon. The mouse never worked, not once, even after changing the battery. And the keyboard was useless, skipping letters and repeating letters dozens of times, no matter how slowly or carefully I typed. Horrible! And it was even a struggle just to get it back in the box to return it, which is going to be a 10+ mile trip.

    Purchased two of these and only the keyboard worked. The mouse on both set would not work. When we took it back to return it, they advised many people had issues with this same product and ended up returning.

    I've only had this for a few days, and it's already awful. It was great for the first couple of days, but now the keyboard is horrible. It has horrible hesitation after selecting the keys, and sometimes the characters don't even show up. I tried replacing the batteries and that didn't help either. I'll be bringing this back for something other than Logitech. It's a shame because I always had success with Logitech. On the bright side, the mouse works fine.

    Absolutely a waste of money. The usb receiver isn't stored in the mouse. It's apparently in the box in some weird spot according to Amazon reviews. When I first went to set this up, I searched everywhere for nearly 20 minutes and never found it. Before I could get a coworker's help the next day, the janitors had accidentally recycled the box. I have other universal usb receivers from Logitech and can't get this stupid thing to connect to any of them. No idea what I'm going to do now. I'm incredibly frustrated.

    The materials feel cheap and not very pleasant to the touch. The key response is not great. I would recommend a mechanical keyboard if your job requires a lot of typing.

    Unusable keyboard - returning it

    I am struggling with this keyboard. The keys are super deep: you have to press down at least half an inch, if not 3/4" to activate a key. I am having the hardest time to even reach some of the keys from the "typing home position." As I am reaching over, my palm keeps touching keys because the keys are soooooo freekishly tall. I have not seen a keyboard like this since 1989. Seriously, who designed this?????

    I purchased this product for wireless connection to make it more flexible to use the keyboard and mouse on my small home desk for Zoom meetings and to have less wire on the desktop. The keyboard is totally useless, as there is frequent delay in typed input and skipping of letters and whole words. The mouse sometimes requires multiple clicks for input. This does not happen when I use the standard wired keyboard and mouse. I am normally a Logitech fan, but these DO NOT WORK.

      Hi Stonyb, I'm sorry that your experience with the MK270 was not a good one. The mouse and keyboard does has a sleep feature and if the mouse or keyboard hasn't been used for a period of time it will take it a moment to wake up and communicate with the USB receiver that it is in your computer/laptop. Depending on how far away the keyboard and mouse is from the USB receiver could also impact the connection. I hope you are able to find a solution to meet your needs. Thanks for being a Logitech fan.     The first of two items I purchase missing a USB receiver. Best Buy customer support told me to return it to the store, which is 35 miles away from me. Not happy.

    The mouse signal seems stronger than the keyboard, but both are weak. Tower is on the floor and other two are on the desk. Need to use mouse at edge of desk and can pretty much only type with keyboard in my lap
