I bought an apple gift card from bestbuy, but they gave me a different gift card (not the one I bought). as the serial numbers does not match, i cannot redeem, and it cannot be solved by Bestbuy or Apple (I tried many times). and Bestbuy even did not this is a mistake. And with these serial number not matching, i cannot return the gift card. Is Bestbuy's new business model? make profits by cheating customers? I promise not to buy anything from bestbuy.

Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.
Too many keys dont work

It does this frequently. It's VERY aggravating, and time consuming. It's getting 2 stars because it has a good mouse and the rest of the keyboard works fine.
