Flaky wireless signal

Inexpensive for a reason

The mouse does not track well. It stutters, doesn’t respond etc regardless is the surface it’s on. Mousepad.. white paper. It’s unusable. The keyboard also started only intermittently connecting as well. It’s less than 10 ft away from the PC. Invested in some better options. I do not recommend this product.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear this did not work well for you. May i suggest either the K400 or the K600. Those are made specifically for the set up you described. If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

So when I bought it as a gift for a birthday , it's been several weeks since I bought it , so I don't think I can return it now . My fault for losing the receipt but I expected to usb transmitter to be in the box! The pc I bought though did came with all it's parts XD
