    Mine didn't come with a dongle. I looked where it was supposed to be and it was missing. I lost the receipt and trashed the box and got a new one and it still doesn't work right. Pay a bit more and get a better one than this.

    It stops working suddenly!

    This combo product is terrible, mouse and mostly the keyboard have huge delay when using them, specially when you move mouse then use the keyboard quickly! I have used it on different systems and put different batteries in them, still problem exist. wast of money!

    Stops Typing

    I bought this four months ago, and the keyboard constantly stops receiving what I'm typing. It just never shows up on screen. I'm always turning it on/off and plugging the USB in again hoping that'll work.

Here are some reasons your MK270 may stop working: low battery levels, moving the receiver from one USB port to another, moving the receiver to another computer, plugging the receiver into a USB hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch (NOTE: your receiver must be plugged directly into your computer), using your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces, or Radio Frequency (RF) interference from other sources, such as: wireless speakers, computer power supplies, monitors, cell phones, or garage door openers. First, I would recommend ruling out any of the above issues. Once you have done that, you can download our Firmware Updater Tool here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024703674--Downloads-Wireless-Combo-MK270 to see if the combo needs an update. The other option is to download our Unifying Software here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913 to unpair and repair you combo to the USB receiver. I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim, if none of the above solutions works.     Logitech MK270 - DO NOT BUY

    Purchased Dec 26 2020. Worked fine for a month and then had HUGE keyboard lag problems. Fresh batteries didn't help. Nothing changed in desktop landscape. Couldn't return after Jan 16th. Definitely rating this a DO NOT BUY.

I have attached a link to the support page for your MK270. If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "SetPoint" software for updates, and customization. This software is available on the Logitech support page, in the downloads tab. I also recommend running Logitech "Connection Utility", where you can establish a connection and ensure the USB receiver has the latest updates. Please also restart your computer.     Some of the letters on my keyboard were worn out. So I had thought this would be a perfect replacement. I would not turn on. I tried changing batteries multiple times, but it still would not turn. I returned it for a refund.

    The keyboard/mouse worked adequately for two months, and then the wheel on the mouse started to wear out. We know this was an inexpensive set, but expected the components would last longer than two-and-a-half months.

    Terrible connectivity

    It’s just awful, mouse is ok but never ever buy a wireless keyboard , it has huge lag and at times does not work at all. I threw away the box it came in due to COVID scare and now I cannot return it. Going to buy a wired keyboard.

Sometimes updating the USB drivers will also fix issues like this.     Fortunately you didn’t charge my card. This purchase was supposed to be based on the matching of a competitors price. Ended up having to buy from the competitor at a higher than expected price. I’ve learned my lesson with Best Buy.

    Bad design, poor quality

    Cheap plastic, and you have to have the specific dongle to use it, which i didnt realize at the time and accidently threw it away because it wasn't inside the keyboard like most usb dongles are. Don't buy.

    While the keyboard works just fine, the mouse was non functioning right out of the box. I tried many new batteries, but to no avail. So basically, based on other reviews, to receive half of what you paid for.

    Upon opening the keyboard and mouse, the USB key needed to make the mouse/keyboard work was NOT in the mouse where it's supposed to be therefore I cannot use either of the items. I will be exchanging the items tomorrow.

      Hello, the USB receiver is not always in the mouse. It is actually in the cardboard piece that holds the keyboard in place inside the box. Its a long cardboard piece. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate all the feedback.

    the key board seems to go into a sleep mode and is unresponsive half the time. you have to wait and/or pound on the keys to my it activate again. Its more of a hassle than the price is worth. I should have not purchased the cheapest model, it is definitely not worth it.

    I put in new batteries and it still doesn't work' And the last time I made a purchase from Best Buy, the manager told me no returns. I must have forgotten, otherwise I wouldn't have taken a chance on buying ANYTHING from this store.
