    Not responsive when needed. Lacks the ability to just pick up and keep on typing. I usually have to wait for it to respond before I can just type away.

    It came with pieces missing and even after retrieving the missing parts, its range is poor and connectivity is spotty at best. Regretful purchase.

    I regret buying this set. It's really low quality and lots of delay white typing. Mouse has delay as well.

      Hello Uncle Ben. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the MK270 combo. I'm sorry to hear that you're having delay issues with both the keyboard and mouse. If you have the USB receiver plugged into a USB hub, can you try plugging it straight into the computer and see if that helps with the delay? Also, if you're using it with a desktop computer and the tower is on the floor, try using an extender to bring the USB closer to the desktop... Sometimes when the signal has to go through a desk, the signal can get interfered with, especially if there is a lot of other wireless devices around.

    Got home ready to set up my system and behold... no mouse or peg. Had to run out to Walmart since Best Buy has closed for the day.

      The USB receiver is usually attached to one of the folds on either side of the box. Please check this and if the receiver is still missing, you can contact Logi support for further assistance.

    I didn’t get the mouse and it’s impossible to get a chat going. The agent acted like he couldn’t see me and then ended chat.

    Loses connection frequently. The keyboard and the mouse both lose their wireless connection frequently. Not a good purchase.

    I bought this because the description said that the signal would reach 32 feet. It did not even seem to work 10 feet out.

      Hi Taxguy, Very sorry to hear about the disappointment you're having with the MK270 Wireless Keyboard and it's wireless range. The range is up to 10-meters depending on the environmental and computing conditions. Other sources that use Radio Frequencies could also cause interference like Wireless Speakers, Computer power supplies, Monitors, Cell Phones, and Garage door openers. Also, if you have the keyboard on metal surfaces or if you have the USB receiver plugged into a USB Hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch, these can cause interruputions.     No Receiver inside mouse/box - check upon receipt

    The product came without a receiver. Yes I checked the usual receiver dock inside the battery slot and it is empty.

A common mistake that happens with the MK270, is that people aren't aware that the USB receiver is in a slot inside the package. Not inside the mouse or keyboard. Often times, it is accidently thrown away or accidently dropped and not aware of it. We appreciate the feedback. If you can return and exchange it, please do.
