Only drawback to this model is that it doesn't use the more modern Unifying dongle which reduces clutter if you end up replacing the keyboard or mouse.

We brought it to Best Buy - computer repair- . It was determined that the keyboard could not be repaired and it was recommended we purchase a new one. This keyboard has been working just great. It was such a relief to have this problem solved in one day.
