Thank you for reviewing the Logitech MK270. If you have not already done so, please visit the Logitech support website, and download the Logitech “SetPoint” software for ideal connectivity and customization. You may also want to run the “Connection Utility” software to reestablish a connection if you are still experiencing an issue. I always recommend using the USB slot closest to the mouse and keyboard to ensure the best connectivity, and you may also want to restart your computer after installing new software. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” page for MK270. The downloads tab contains the relevant software. Please select your operating system from the pull-down tab to reveal the relevant software downloads.

Posted .Hello, the USB piece is a little hard to find in the box. It is in the long cardboard piece holding the keyboard in place inside the box. I should have known to purchase a better product. 20$ for a wireless mouse and keyboard is too good to be true. The range of the wireless receiver is not far enough unless your tower is on the same surface as the mouse. Also, the keyboard flexes far more than desirable with little pressure, it all around feels cheap. Once again shame on me, but less than desirable product.

I assumed the mouse would be too large for me, but I thought I could keep it as a spare, but to my surprise, it was a nice small mouse, just the size I love!!! I have a very small desk and no room for a large mouse, plus I have small hands and prefer smaller mice, they just fit my hand better. The keyboard is really nice and quiet and feels solid and well built. They came with batteries already installed and as soon as I activated the batteries and plugged in the wireless dongle, everything instantly hooked up and worked. Very pleased with this set.
