It is a common issue with this model, I simply cannot comprehend how Logitech sell this broken item. It got so frustrating that it made me go back to wired keyboard and mouse. I downloaded the recommended software and you can see how this thing keeps going to sleep almost as soon as you don't move it, and then takes a long time to wake up. Simply disappointing product. Will be returning it.

The keyboard feels pretty good, the mouse too, though it's a little small. But it drops out CONSTANTLY. Nothing I do makes any difference. Just trying to type this review is an exercise in patience. Drops out for a couple minutes at a time. Sometimes it's the mouse, sometimes the keyboard. I thought going with Logitech would assure me a certain level of quality. I guess it was cheap for a reason. My recommendation - look elsewhere.
