Not having one built in maybe a spec that cannot be overlooked and I've constantly had to retype things because of it. The keyboard is at least functional and so is the mouse, but you get what you pay for.

I drove over to Best Buy to have some just to look at and find out if I was the problem. I was told i had to bring my whole unit in. This is the third or fourth problem I have had. I was'nt able to use my Best Buy card as I was told it had expired. So we cut it up. Now I still receive mail telling me that I still have credit.
