Though this keyboard is convenient being that it is wireless, it has some major delay issues. Whether or not it is the device itself related to an internet connection is unknown. In using wireless keyboards in the past, I have never had an issue with lag times, even with the same current connectivity. I'm actually going to bring this back to the store to see if someone can figure out if it is user error, internet connectivity issues, or just a "lemon" purchase.

Was too small and dainty for my larger hands. Returned it for a larger version, same mfg

Cheap suites my tv purposes. Not complaints. I have gaming keyboards much better but knew this wouldn't get treated with the same respect and is holding up well.

Keyboard and mouse combo that won’t break the bank. Definitely a budget combo that won’t break the bank, so long as you can live with the “clickety-clack” of the keys.

It’s just slow to respond while connected to a laptop. It works fine and it is practical just too slow to respond.

Bought for Microsoft Flight Simulator on Series X. Didn’t want an expensive keyboard and mouse. Does what it’s supposed to. I enjoy using it.

Not good enough. Mouse is too light. Keyboard is too close together.

Just your average keyboard and mouse. Works pretty well and battery drain is normal

This keyboard and mouse is very user friendly, just plug and play. Great price. I'm happy with this purchase.

My wife is enjoying these items. She works from home and use them all day with the freedom of being wireless.

Mouse has always worked great. Keyboard glitches ALOT..so much that I actually bought another and tossed this one.

I didn't like how small the mouse was ... returning soon.

For being wireless, it's not too heavy. Keyboard is easy to use and mouse is responsive, Not the best set, but gets the job done for simple day to day use.

The keyboard seems smaller than usual. It doesn’t stay put. It works ok. Mouse works ok. Just not a high quality set, although the price was low.

So far, everything has worked well. However, do keep in mind that this version is not compatible with and does not include a Logitech Unifying receiver.

This is more a review of Best Buy. I ordered this Keyboard Mouse combination as an Open Box - Excellent condition item, to be shipped to my home with 2 other items. They all arrived quickly. But, the Keyboard Mouse box was missing the mouse and the USB receiver was floating around in the outer box that everything was shipped in. I completed a chat with customer service (who was very nice) and was told to take the KB/Mouse package to my nearest store to either get a mouse or a full exchange or refund. They couldn't process a return and send a replacement?? The ENTIRE REASON for having it shipped was how busy I am and don't really have much free time right now to go a Best Buy store. Come on Best Buy - DO BETTER

Good but the mouse will quit working after a few months and the Bluetooth isn’t very good.

Mouse is great, keyboard not so much. Poor placement of the "sleep" button imo. I have hit that thing many times when i did not want to. (probably user error) But i think it should be off to the side

this is just a basic wireless keyboard and mouse that works very well for the price nothing really special about it other than the fact that I wish the keyboard set more of an angle other than that it works fine

The mouse is great, the keyboard is your standard cheap keyboard and the keys are very high making fast typing a lot of work. They both work good for their purpose.
