I am filing a complaint with Best Buy for the property damage and requesting replacement of the furniture damage. He did not clean up after himself and left drywall dust on the floor. He would not this person in my home again.

It is plug and play with no need to install drivers. It's only really issue for me is how far you can be from the USB transceiver. I am just sitting across the room and that is too far. But still good for about 8ft away. So for most I am guessing that is sufficient.
