I hope you will just send me the missing part so that I do not have to return the entire order. The packaging was non-existent, you just shipped the container so I am not surprised it fell out, it's a very small piece.

Posted .Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were not able to find the USB dongle. Sometimes it is hidden in the bottom of the mouse where the battery compartment is for safe keeping. If it is not located there, you may file a claim for a new one here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024926554-Warranty-Wireless-Combo-MK270. I hope this helps! How surprised I was to find that they came in a matching set. And that they were both powered by one dongle. Only had to use one USB port to power both of them whereas in the past I've had to use two ports. So frees up an extra USB port for me to use for something else that will absolutely one day be necessary. And the price was unbeatable. Thanks Best Buy. You are the Best Buy.

If that does not work, it does come with a 3 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you! I started using this keyboard set 2 months ago and it has already stopped working properly. I changed the batteries, checked the settings, and I’m still getting slow lagging response with both the mouse and keyboard. Total garbage and a waste of money! DO NOT BUY!

Price is right, USB adapter is tiny, so can easily leave in laptop or desktop. Never had an issue with range, they really improved on these over the years. Both keyboard and mouse have a power switch on them if you want to shut them off and throw them in a backpack. Batteries lasts forever, think we maybe change them yearly. Bought many of these and will buy many more when needed.

Hopefully using a better non-general battery will last longer. But as my other (travel) keyboard uses two AA batteries, it lasts a very long time before I have to replace the batteries.

This keyboard must have been one that was built with less attention to detail. Keystrokes must be heavy to activate the sensor membrane beneath. The power switch as sensitive as well and often must be cycled to keep the power on during use. Very inconvenient and very annoying when you have to fiddle with it to keep everything operating as designed. It all works, slowly at times, if you handle it just right.
