The battery included with the keyboard died very quickly. I changed the battery out and could not get the keyboard to start working again. I Googled the issue and tried several fixes before one worked. Annoying. Also, the battery life seems go quickly. I'm constantly changing batteries. I think I hate it.

Battery power is great, can last for months and easily turn off once done. Working really good and flat keyboard which is better typing and efficient too. Very durable and connects to my work laptop good.

The first items sent to me for each product type were defective, (a key didn't work, or exhibited very poor/slow wireless communication), while the second of each product worked just fine. Just make sure your keyboard/mouse work in the planned environment, before throwing away the packaging.

None of the Logitech drivers will even recognize the receiver or keyboard. Can't install Unifying Receiving application. Can't run firmware update for keyboard. After a whole week with Logitech support, they recommended returning because the serial number was old and a compatibility problem with a brand new Dell laptop.

However, I have them less than 5 feet from where the USB is connected in my PC tower, and they constantly freeze. I will be typing, and the text won't show. When it finally types out, letters and words are missing. If i turn either device off and back on, this problrm goes away. I really like Logitech products, but this set isn't really good for wireless.
