Really like the style and proportions of this keyboard, but it stopped working after 6 months. Bought it for a 2nd time and the same thing happened. New batteries didn’t help. I only used each keyboard about 10 hours a week. Both were gently used. Getting another type of keyboard now.

The MK270 worked as advertised. Simply plug in and it’s good to go. It never disappointed and I got a good return for such an inexpensive investment.

Love the wireless keyboard and mouse. The size of the items are perfect and don't take up excess space on your desk. Worked within seconds of pairing and turning it on.

I recently purchased this item to work with my windows pc and the keyboard and mouse don't even function when it's turned on. The batteries were changed twice, I even switched the usb port to make sure it wasn't a connectivity issue. Still it didn't work. Really need this to fix a major computer issue and now instead have to make a mad dash back to return this thing. Sadly, the previous logitech wireless mouse purchased years ago was still working better than this keyboard and mouse atrocity. Hopefully, this was just a defect one time product. Really disappointed and upset.

I understand you have already returned this combo. My recommendation would be to install the Logitech "SetPoint" and "Options" software for customization, updates and best experience. If you were still experiencing issues, I would recommend running the "Connection Utility" software to reestablish a connection with the receiver and check for updates. The space bar has already stopped working. Purchased March 12th, today is April 26th. Disappointed!

Instant plug & play, full number pad a must for my work and tucks nicley under my laptop stand. A no-nonsense mouse with clickable rolling center button at a good price. 'nuff said!
That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.
