Does not always connect

I had to remove the dongle twice from the computer and it finally stayed connected after the second time.

Good keyboard if set up right

Once I moved it to the front USB port - and it was more line of sight - performance improved. I was hoping the wireless would work better for the keyboard, like it does for the mouse.

Frustrating at times. Not sure if it is just my mouse or if they made all of them like that.

Products is good but misleading information

So I was not able to connect with my existing USB adapter, I didn't want to fill up all my USB ports on my laptop.

Not the best but works

The keyboard was lagging since it was new itself and I ended up just using the regular wored keyboard and a different wireless mouse.

Good Mouse but very soft keys

For keyboard I would say I felt keys were way too soft. if you are used to typing on laptop, you may seem to find yourself giving the same feedback as me.
