Issues with layout of the keys

The keyboard is alright, I wish the keys weren't completely flat. It does get the job done though and that's why we bought it.

Maybe it will be better once I get used to it. I do love the one button pop up calculator, have been using that all the time.

Sometimes there are issues getting the keyboard to respond for the first few minutes after the PC comes out of sleep mode.

Thought problems were tied to computer-related issues I was experiencing. Finally had Geek Squad make house-call as wasn't able to resolve on my own. Turns out the product is defective. Too late to return for in-store swap. Manufacturer has agreed to replace at no cost to consumer. Additional out-of-pocket expense for at-home visit by Geek Squad... all because of defective product. If possible, highly recommend that you make sure product works properly before leaving store.
