Great mouse...keyboard not so much

not good set

Changed to new battery and still not working. Ended up buying another mouse. Might need to eventually purchase another set if keyboard starts to fail too. For now, I'll need to have 2 receivers plug-in.

no caps lock light

Feels very cheap

This key board feels very cheap - the keys are loose and wiggle as you type. What a waste. Will be returning this. The mouse wheel is also really cheap. Feels like a cheap plastic toy you buy from a street fair.

No go combo

I have the same issues with any employee that gets this combo. And it isn't repairable or reprogrammable like the unifying series equipment.

Not a Good Option

The keyboard would lag far behind my typing speed and the NUM LOCK and CAP LOCK keys are not lighted, so you cannot tell what position they are in.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about the lag issues you're having with the keyboard on the MK320 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse. Sounds like you may be having some connection issues, which are caused by several factors. For example, low battery levels, moving the receiver from one USB port to another, moving the receiver to another computer, plugging the receiver into a USB hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch (NOTE: your receiver must be plugged directly into your computer), using your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces, radio frequency (RF) interference from other sources (wireless speakers, computer power supplies, monitors, cell phones, garage door openers, et al). Once you rule out any of these problem sources, I also highly suggest that you use Logitech's Options software which will allow you to customize settings and also will give you on-screen notifications whenever CAPS or NUM lock is engaged.
