    Not giving real reviews anymore since best buy stole all my banked points and doesnt allow them to accrue anymore unless I get their credit card, which I do not want, and I wont be renewing total tech membership again or buting anything for my company from here in the future. Some thanks for spending 30-45k a year at your business. Dont buy anything here if you can avoid it.

    Keyboard stopped working

    While it worked both the mouse and keyboard were great. After approximately 4 months the keyboard stopped working. I performed all the troubleshooting recommendations to no avail. I tossed the keyboard and kept the mouse.

    Poor quality

    I used it for about 6 months. It worked fine but not anymore. Now the keyboard doesn't properly communicate with the receiver and I see a big lag. I don't recommend this.

    Does the job but seems to have some weird connectivity issues. Sometimes there is a delay with the input.

      That's unfortunate and we are sorry about the experience. Please verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. Also, move the device closer to the USB receiver. If the issue persist, contact Logi support for further assistance.

    Will not buy again

    The mouse is very laggy and the keyboards' ctrl and backspace are very had to push after a while. I have cleaned it thoroughly and also used the compressed air with no success.

      Hi CLAL, thank you for sharing your experience with the MK320. I'm sorry that you experienced lag with the mouse. In some cases using a USB extender to move the USB receiver closer to the mouse can reduce the lag. I'm sorry that the keyboard was giving some difficulty with the pressing of some of the buttons. I'm sorry that cleaning the area with compressed air did not fix the issue. Logitech does offer a 3 year limited hardware warranty on the MK320. You can file a warranty claim by visiting: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025074353-Warranty-Wireless-Desktop-MK320.     Keyboard sometimes lags

    I loved this initially when I first got it but then out of nowhere it started lagging when I typed. I tried to take the usb connector out and put it in again but it doesn’t help. It’s annoying at times but other than that It’s ok

    I bought this because it featured programmable keys however the Logitech software to program them wouldn't recognize the KB or mouse. Logitech support was not able to resolve the problem.
