    The mouse is great. The keyboard I think is an older model; the keys stand up too high, take some effort to depress, and are NOISY. CLACKETY CLACK CLACK. Perhaps the salesman could have pointed that out when he was telling me how inexpensive it was. My bad.

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

    I bought this for work to avoid sharing a keyboard and mouse with my coworkers. Unfortunately, the keyboard would lose connectivity. I switched USB ports, tried it on another workstation, and replaced the batteries. When none of these steps remedied the issue I returned it to Best Buy. I did purchase the MK470 as a replacement. I love Logitech’s products and replaced this with another Logitech keyboard and mouse. I am a Logitech fan and have owned various products from them over the years without any issues. Their products are reliable, and I would just recommend a different model.

      Hi Raziel, So sorry to hear about the connectivity issues you had with the MK320. Glad that you were able to get your issue resolved by exchanging it out for another model---certainly appreciate your love and loyalty to Logitech products. In the future, if an issue should arise again with your Logitech keyboard or mouse, you may want to check Logitech's product support website (www.logitech.com/support). Oftentimes, in an effort to keep up with operating system updates and such, technicians will have updates that are downloadable on the site---there was one for the MK320. In fact, for the MK470 you can download the Options software which you can use not only to get firmware updates, but also to customize setttings. Hope this helps and, again, thank you for being a Logitech customer.

    Home/End Buttons in wrong spot

    I thought it wouldn't be a big deal that the Home and End buttons are in configured in a different order - but it does. I guess I've gotten used to my regular keyboard and this compact design is not that impressive - returned and bought a regular one.

    I was really excited about this wireless keyboard. I mean it came with a wireless mouse and both had batteries. Unfortunately it didn’t work. I even bought new batteries. Nothing!

    I bought this for the IMac computer my father-in-law gave me to give my 11 year grandson. Works like a charm! I didn't like the Apple keyboard and finger mouse pad my father-in-law bought lol.

    I probably got a bad key board but I kept greeting problems with my keyboard when I would try to type it would not respond to keys. Upgraded my model to 540I and love it.
