    Easy set up; mouse stopped working within a week

    The set-up was easy and I love when a keyboard and mouse share a Bluetooth USB port. But the mouse stopped working within a week and wouldn’t reconnect (tried new batteries).

    Laggy and Unresponsive After one Month

    Worked for a little bit but now only 1.5 months later the mouse and keyboard are laggy and don’t always respond. Would return but they’re outside of their return period. Also it’s one USB for both devices as I was looking to use a different mouse with the keyboard but I couldn’t figure that out. Wouldn’t recommend.

    what can I say keyboard crapped out pretty quickly , keys popping off.... only god knows what became of the mouse.... buy a better keyboard was my lesson

    Another great product. I still have a logitec keyboard and mouse I bought over 15 yrs ago that works awesome. I went with this one cuae it is basic and does the job. Hate wires.

    Doesn't work that well, am using it but should have spent more money and bought a better quality. The letters on some of the keyboard are coming off like the e, s and c.

      Hello LarryBarb, I'm sorry to hear your MK320 keyboard is starting to wear off some of the keys. Usually we offer spare parts for such an occasion, but unfortunately it doesn't look like we have any for that particular keyboard. As a result, I would recommend contacting support for assistance with a warranty claim.

    Dumbest keyboard not caps lock on indication light. I don’t recommend unless you can’t afford little more expensive ones

    Poor keyboard response

    The spacebar was not responsive which finally caused met to return it. In normal typing, it just would not insert a space 100% of the time. It was about 50/50 and extremely frustrating so I returned it.

    I thought it was to be compatible with an iMac but it was not with mine. very sluggish and slow. just went back to my keyboard I got with the computer.

    I usually do well with Logitech and is my preferred peripheral vendor however i was very disappointed in this product. I ended up going with a higher end Logitech setup in the 500 series which is great

    I was disappointed that I could not get the part needed to use another wireless keyboard. I purchased almost the least expensive wireless keyboard and mouse combo. It is just fine.

    So I bought this because of the great price but it didn’t work very well. The 560 series works but you better because the strolling wheel on the mouse is much smoother.

    Junk keys stick no light on cap lock. put my old key board back in much better,put new one in garbage!

      Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
      Before you clean your device: Unplug it from your computer and make sure it’s turned off. Remove the batteries. Keep liquids away from your device, and don’t use solvents or abrasives. Use compressed air to remove any loose debris and dust between the keys. To clean the keys, use water to lightly moisten a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe down the keys. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website

    Unifying software isn't that great

    Bought 1 for home (desktop with Windows 7) and 1 for work (laptop with Windows 10), plus a Logitech Mouse (didn't like the mouse in this combo). Love this mouse. But at home, the keyboard is sluggish/non-responsive at best when they are paired together. And at work, the keyboard doesn't work until I installed the extra SetPoint software. But with that installed, it is fairly reliable at work.

    Keyboard works just fine but if you are used to a Microsoft device you will be disappointed. Keys are aligned differently and makes for difficult typing. Gets the job done but would not recommend!

    Ok keyboard. I found a section of the keyboard sticking causing missed key strokes, very annoying! I had to dump it and get the mk540.
