    The reception range is not really good anything block in front of it stop it, my range is around 8 feet. So time it pop escape or something. Unreliable for gaming use.

    This was supposed to replace my existing wireless keyboard and mouse. But, It didn't work on my computer. Did not even register when I put the dongle in. My computer is old, but I would assume if my other one worked, so shall this one. But it did not. I had to return it. After I purchase a new computer, I'll get another Logitech and hopefully that'll work.

      Hi JasonS, thank you for sharing your experience with the MK320. I'm sorry that it didn't work with your computer/laptop. In some instances the USB dongle can be put in a different USB port and work. I hope you give that a try. I hope you find a suitable solution for your situation.     I noticed a considerable delay from typing to showing on the screen. Made things difficult to perform tasks. Had to return product. Would not recommend.

    Inexpensive but way not very good. Had to replace it immediately. Try the MK540.

    Tech support failed to find and fix problem with the mouse/keyboard on my NEW system by remote. I have Total Tech Support which is an absolute JOKE as they have been NO Suppot at all and I am still struggling with what is evidently a hardware problem and cannot get it fixed. I will probably never buy anything from BEST BUY again and will not ever enroll in any Geek Squad program either.

    This is not a good key board. The right shift key broke off on the third day of use.

      If the cursor isn't following the movements of your mouse, we suggest you:
      Use a mouse pad.
      Avoid using your mouse on:

    Apparently my experience has not been the same as other purchasers. I wanted to use this for a desktop computer. It wont pick up the signal unless the tower is on top of the desk. Batteries died after 2 weeks. 15 day return policy means I cannot return. Purchasing new keyboard/mouse that go into traditional ps2 ports to replace.

    The mouse has a very short working distance, only works within 2 feet of the receiver, any father it stops working. its really annoying.

    This keyboard is smaller than my old Logitech and is not as user friendly. I wish I had one like the older one.

    Have used your Houston Richmond Street store to buy more than one TV and also our Geek Squad on several occasions and found them to know their products and provide good service.

    Problem with Wireless

    Wireless keyboard and mouse would not work with my desktop. New batteries were placed in each device, and still would not work. Returned the item, and was informed by Best Buy that it could of been a bad keyboard and mouse. Geek Squad tech's over the phone could not assist. The other problem is, why are both keyboard and mouse left with the on buttons on?

      Hello mqlq2275, we are so sorry to hear that the MK320 was not working properly for you. The MK320 will only work with your computer wirelessly if it conned with the USB nano receiver it came with in the box.     I usually don't write reviews but I had to after dealing with this keyboard. It has very bad connection issues it will lag on things you type and he mouse will lag too. Just figured I'd try to save some people money and u should pay for a better one. Im going to get a wired now after this bad experience. The receiver is a foot away and still lags. If u want wireless do not get this one. It does not match the description and was a waste of money.

    The keyboard is physically warped. It bowed in the middle which causes it to rattle a bit when typing on the keys. Faulty manufacturing.

    Not my favorite keyboard by far. Feels cheap and flimsy but in a pinch it will do. Mouse is nothing special.
