    Took it home and didn't work despite that it should have been compatible. Exchanged, same issue. Gave up on product.

      Thank you for choosing Logitech. I am sorry that you have been displeased with your MK320 mouse and keyboard combo; I would like to help. If you have not already tried these steps, I recommend downloading the Logitech "SetPoint" software for customization, updates, and best performance. Please restart your computer. If you are still experiencing issues, you may also want to run the "Connection Utility Software", where you can check for Firmware updates for the USB and can also reestablish a connection. I hope these suggestions are helpful, and that you will enjoy your MK320 mouse and keyboard combo. I have attached a link to the MK320's "Getting Started" support page where you will find product guides, software downloads and further support.

    I have had issues with both the mouse and keyboard. The mouse is sometimes not very accurate. The keyboard has had issues from the first day I purchased it. When I start using the keyboard, there is a time of 5 to 10 seconds where the information seems like it is stuck in a buffer. I probably will take this back for a replacement.

    New Logitech keyboard and mouse

    Wireless keyboard and monitor is the way to go. Less wires, ease of use overall great. Missed my previous logitech keyboard that i had been using working remotely, Very glad I went back to this rather than staying with a plain jane keyboard

      Hello Graves, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some connectivity issues with your MK320. To minimize lag between input and computer registration, I would recommend limiting obstructions between the receiver and the keyboard, and possibly trying a different USB port.

I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the MK320 mouse and keyboard combo. If you have not already done so, I recommend downloading the “SetPoint” software for customization and for best connectivity. I also recommend running the “Connection Utility” software to check for Firmware updates and you can also use this software to reestablish the connection between the keyboard/mouse and USB receiver. If you are still experiencing this issue after these steps and after rebooting your computer, please contact Logitech support for further assistance.
