    Light plastic, drains battery.

Works good, but drains battery fast if left on. I am averaging 2 week use with occasional usage all day on. I am a teacher and use it occasionally in the classroom.

Unusable for Excel! + overall TRASH everything

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

100% TRASH in EVERY WAY! Missing keys makes it useless for Excel, super cheap, flimsy, tiny useless mouse. Everything about it is TERRIBLE. Why do keyboard companies decide to remove certain keys!? I have NEVER had a keyboard without scroll lock so I didn't look for it, well of course they decided to remove the key that is absolutely CRITICAL for me to navigate excel. Luckily the delete key is massive because, idk, I guess they just really love delete!? Oh and don't forget the TINY, CHEAP, mouse without extra buttons for back/forward. Why include the smallest most useless mouse possible? Is the plastic it's made out of really so expensive using less of it is worth the cost reductions!? Hint: It's NOT! Logitech I don't know who changed your strategy from making quality affordable products to making the absolutely cheapest junk you can possibly buy but they should be fired immediately. I have used Logitech for years and now your products are seriously the worst on the market, never buying Logitech again.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the MK320 combo. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the keyboard and mouse. You can download Logitech SetPoint and customize your F-keys to whatever command you would like, including Scroll Lock. You can find that here: [ https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025141274 ]
As for the mouse, pretty much every combo under 500 is going to have a basic mouse without the thumb buttons. With the higher priced combos, you will get a better keyboard and better mouse. Also, you can always buy a keyboard and mouse individually and get whatever is best for you and your situation.
I hope you understand that we are not looking to dupe anyone into buying "the absolute cheapest junk", but offer excellent products at each price point. I really hope someday we can get a Logitech keyboard and mouse onto your desk again.

Left "Leg" ( Support for angled rise vs "flat" keyboard) broke off within a week. Using Post It notes stack to elevate keyboard level. Otherwise no problems.

Mouse good, too much key travel on keyboard.

I liked the mouse. It is small, fits in my hand well and is very sensitive. The key travel on the keyboard was excessive and I found it awkward to use.

    Not even a year

I've had this keyboard/mouse for about 10 months now, and the keyboard is already starting to give out. I've changed the batteries twice, but sometimes it types, and sometimes it pauses and then types two of the character, or you have to take the batteries out and put them back in to make it work again. If you're going to buy this, make sure you get the coverage!!

    Not Unifying-Receiver Compatible As Advertised

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Best Buy Web page describes this Keyboard/Mouse to be Unifying Receiver compatible. According to Logitech WebSupport, since neither the Mouse, the Keyboard nor the USB Receiver display the Unifying Receiver Symbol, none of the units ARE. Further, the Logitech Unifying Receiver Utility says they are NOT. This issue cost me over 4 hours of my time, and now I need to go BACK to the store again to return this darn thing!

    Lags

Not happy, it lags when typing for some reason. I already returned one and will return this one also. Takes up too much time to wait until it finally types and then misses words.

    Awful product!!

This combo is really really bad. The keyboard is incredibly cheap. It feels like a kid's toy. It's thin, bends just by looking at it and sounds hollow every time you press a key. The mouse is just as bad, the sensitivity is terrible, and when you try to hover over what you want to click it's so sensitive it won't stay in place when you click and you have to try 2 or 3 times. Spend a couple extra bucks and buy something more substantial, seriously. Not worth a buy.

    Tiny Mouse

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Great keyboard (comfortable, reliable), but the mouse is too small to be used comfortably. I suppose its compactness might be to some's liking, but if you need a keyboard+mouse set for your home, you might find it difficult to appreciate anything about such a miniscule mouse.

    Keyboard freezes too much

It stops working at the worst possible times. Don't buy it if you like to have a fully functioning keyboard that won't randomly stop working for 30 seconds before deciding to work

    Never seen anything like that...

I'm writing this review with the key I've never seen anything like that. This keyboard looks OK and all, but it's just weird. Keystrokes have a lag. Some keystrokes disappear completely, some double up... I've had an older Logitech model for years and that has never happened to me! This keyboard should have been recalled! (BTW, it might be reception issues, but there's exactly 2 feet between my computer and the keyboard...)

I just bought this a few weeks ago, and the keys dont work. I tried changing the batteries and everything, and the keyboard is just not transmitting it. It's very frustrating since I work on the computer all day every day. I really really hope best buy accepts my return and they can recommend one that actually does what it's supposed to do. What a hassle...

    Surprisingly Bad

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I only buy Logitech wireless mice, so when I was looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse combo, this was an easy choice given the price. Unfortunately, sometimes you get what you pay for and in this case the low cost resulted in a mouse that was sized for a toddler and a flimsy keyboard. I used them for about 5 minutes before I realized I had no choice but to return them.

Mouse worked perfectly. The keyboard? Not so much. Sometimes it wouldn't work at all and then other times only certain keys worked. I ended up returning this and went back to a wired keyboard and mouse.

Bought it in Nov of 2017, Writing this in July 2018. Keys are starting to stick and not respond. And the Logitech Universal USB thing has always given me fits even though it's only 5 feet away from my keyboard. My previous Logitech lasted 3-4 years.

Many of our keyboards have digital cap locks indicator. See Logitech Options software for advanced controls. A notification will appear on screen to indicate when it is on or off. You will also be aware if it is on or off, as you type. I agree with you that a cap lock light is a nice touch. Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it!

    Loses connection

I thought this would be a great keyboard for the price. The brand is something I trusted. I am a gamer and with it randomly losing connection while I'm moving, that's not good. I will be returning this tomorrow.

Hello Rubixcube, so sorry to hear about your experience with the MK320. You are correct though, the MK320 struggles with keeping up with the fast pace connection a gamer needs. For that, we have a great solution. Check out our gaming keyboards on our logitechg.com website. There, we have a wide range of keyboards. Both wired and wireless, as well as, different switches you can choose from.

the keyboard must be within 2 feet of the USB port otherwise it doesn't work. It is also 'line of sight' .. if you put a coffee cup between them it stops working. I've changed batteries to no avail.
