In the last three months I've purchased three Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combos, and two of the three have had issues. This particular set was purchased for a family member, and several of the keys are non functional. Prior to this I purchased the MK710. It's nice enough, but the smooth scrolling feature on the mouse is unusable, and apparently it's a common problem that hasn't been addressed by ther company. Come on Logitech, get it back together....

Posted .Hello Gina, I'm so sorry to hear that your MK320 had some lag issues. This is usually caused by a few things; first make sure the batteries have been replaced, as lag can be caused by low battery. Second, make sure the USB is properly inserted into your computer. Finally, if all else fails, try a different USB port on your computer if possible.
