    Huge delay between the movement of the mouse and pointer. Keyboard ok.

      If the cursor isn't following the movements of your mouse, we suggest you:
      Use a mouse pad.
      Avoid using your mouse on:
      Glass and other see-through surfaces
      Reflective surfaces, such as mirrors and metal desks
      Wood grains and grooved surfaces
      Try the mouse on a piece of white paper to make sure it isn't a tracking issue on the particular surface you're using.

    This is not a good key board. The right shift key broke off on the third day of use.

    worked for a few weeks then gave out. i was definitely disappointed.

    The mouse has a very short working distance, only works within 2 feet of the receiver, any father it stops working. its really annoying.

    Not good. Product could not create connection to my PC. I also tried it on another PC, same results. I returned to Best Buy, no issue. I purchased another Logitech keyboard & mouse, which installed without issue.

    This keyboard is smaller than my old Logitech and is not as user friendly. I wish I had one like the older one.

    I usually don't write reviews but I had to after dealing with this keyboard. It has very bad connection issues it will lag on things you type and he mouse will lag too. Just figured I'd try to save some people money and u should pay for a better one. Im going to get a wired now after this bad experience. The receiver is a foot away and still lags. If u want wireless do not get this one. It does not match the description and was a waste of money.

    The keyboard is physically warped. It bowed in the middle which causes it to rattle a bit when typing on the keys. Faulty manufacturing.

    Wireless keyboard and mouse would not work with my desktop. New batteries were placed in each device, and still would not work. Returned the item, and was informed by Best Buy that it could of been a bad keyboard and mouse. Geek Squad tech's over the phone could not assist. The other problem is, why are both keyboard and mouse left with the on buttons on?

      Hello mqlq2275, we are so sorry to hear that the MK320 was not working properly for you. The MK320 will only work with your computer wirelessly if it conned with the USB nano receiver it came with in the box. You'll have to have that inserted to your computer for the mouse and keyboard to be able to function. We apologize for the inconvenience. Have a great day. -Ricky from Logitech

    Not my favorite keyboard by far. Feels cheap and flimsy but in a pinch it will do. Mouse is nothing special.

    Good keyboard and mouse with a fatal design flaw. The mouse battery cover has a tiny plastic peg that secures it. Mine broke before I got to use it.

    The keyboard is doable, the mouse is not.. I do not know how to return the package.. long live covivid19..
