I've tried 2 Logitech keyboard's in less than 3 months. The keys on bother of them had/have a delayed reaction, if any reaction at all.

Have used your Houston Richmond Street store to buy more than one TV and also our Geek Squad on several occasions and found them to know their products and provide good service.

Hi, i have had this keyboard and mouse for a few months now. The lag on the keyboard is to much, and frustrates you well. No more logitech for me!

This Wireless Keyboard and Mouse have problem w ith the number pad. I try some recomendation to put it to work but I have not have exit.

Disappointed keyboard doesn't light up. Disappointed that you cannot tell if you're in "CAP" Mode or not. Keys stick a little bit.

slow communication with Asus I7 desktop. I went back to wired keyboard

I would type and it would stop. New batteries did not help. Went back to my old wired keyboard.

I’ve had less than a month and the battery lid will not stay on the keyboard. Very frustrating!

when using mouse the signal from the keyboard would sometimes not work thus causing a delay in game playing or no movement at all.

I purchased this item at Best Buy and it did not work......I had lost my reciept and what made matters worse was I couldn't remember if I paid for it cash or used my credit card to record the purchase. I couldn't find the purchase in my profile and accepted the loss since I was informed that I needed proof of purchase. I bought a similar item instead. Now I get a notice to review this item. If this is proof I purchased this item I want my money back.

I needed an additional keyboard and I bought this one only to find out that it is clumsy to write on and the mouse that comes with it is way too small maybe for a 10 year old kid? Sorry but it didn't work for me. I bought and exchanged it at Best Buy for a more expensive keyboard that better fits my needs and the shape of my hands.

Shift and arrow are of my placed so you send up hitting the arrow key when you intend to use the shift key. Otherwise fine.

It seemed to have a life of its own, could not wait to get a keyboard with a wire. thank you

keyboard setup is easy. price tag is nice. found keyboard has delay at times.

I had it for a week and already returned it as the buttons are really hard to type on and just didn't feel right.

Mouse died in 6 months.. I never had a problem with Logitech before.

I like it and use it for my remote control, watch tv and feel good..... thanks!
