    It's not plug and use, the mouse work as soon as you plug it but the keyboard won't...followed instructions still won't work, returned it...

    Garbage keyboard. Cap lock does not have a light. Nor does Num lock.

    The height increasing keyboard hook got broken very early. Not happy with that.

      Hello, I am so sorry to hear the combo stopped working on you after 6 months. This combo does come with a 3 year warranty so we can get that replaced for you.       Thank you for choosing Logitech. I am sorry that you have been displeased with your MK320 mouse and keyboard combo; I would like to help. If you have not already tried these steps, I recommend downloading the Logitech "SetPoint" software for customization, updates, and best performance. Please restart your computer. If you are still experiencing issues, you may also want to run the "Connection Utility Software", where you can check for Firmware updates for the USB and can also reestablish a connection. I hope these suggestions are helpful, and that you will enjoy your MK320 mouse and keyboard combo. I have attached a link to the MK320's "Getting Started" support page where you will find product guides, software downloads and further support.
