Not working for me

Keyboard works ocassionally

The keyboard has had issues from the first day I purchased it. When I start using the keyboard, there is a time of 5 to 10 seconds where the information seems like it is stuck in a buffer. I probably will take this back for a replacement.

Posted .Hello Graves, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some connectivity issues with your MK320. To minimize lag between input and computer registration, I would recommend limiting obstructions between the receiver and the keyboard, and possibly trying a different USB port.

Thank you for choosing Logitech, and for taking the time to write this review. I apologize for the issue that you have experienced; I would like to help. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the MK320 mouse and keyboard combo. If you have not already done so, I recommend downloading the “SetPoint” software for customization and for best connectivity. I also recommend running the “Connection Utility” software to check for Firmware updates and you can also use this software to reestablish the connection between the keyboard/mouse and USB receiver. If you are still experiencing this issue after these steps and after rebooting your computer, please contact Logitech support for further assistance. You can contact Logitech support through this link as well.

New Logitech keyboard and mouse

Missed my previous logitech keyboard that i had been using working remotely, Very glad I went back to this rather than staying with a plain jane keyboard
