You just need to install the software to be able to tell when your caps and num lock is activated. Mouse is a bit small for my personal taste.

I have always had a plug-in keyboard and mouse as I didn't want to spend the money on something that was working. I am very practical and very old. I got a new DELL computer and it came with a plug-in so I decided to "splurge" and buy a wireless one. I am so glad that I did. No more wires getting caught. I think Dell should've included this with the computer instead of the old plug-in-wired ones. I just sent what came in the box to a local thrift store.
