Works very nicely from a distance of about 15 ft from the tv I use a usb extender to bring the receiver outside of cabinet the computer sits in. Overall responsiveness is good and works well for everyday use. Gaming wise I would recommend something different as the mouse is a little small for my hand and a hard surface would be better to work with that the arm of the couch lol.
