They are raised up a bit which makes it easier to keep your fingers centered. The mouse is Perfect - it’s Logitech! Smooth scrolling. No hesitation. Worth every penny!

Not super tough like a mechanical keyboard or gaming mouse. For normal business use it's definitely ok. Setup was super easy.
