Solid on the receiver, meh on Bluetooth

Hotkeys cannot be configured on Mac

If you are looking to configure the hot keys shortcuts with MAC its a waste of time buying this product. I've wasted couple of hours talking to the logitech support team only to hear that their software doesn't work on Mac. ------------------------- The Combo that you have may not be compatible with logitech options on Mac, if you have a desktop computer to test the functionality of the Combo with the logitech options that could narrow down the situation, in the meantime you can still return the item from bestbuy and purchase another device that could work with Logitech options on Mac. Best regards, Logitech Customer Support ------------------- Even they don't have clarity which combo / keyboard will work with their software on mac. Just a waste of time.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the combo. If you are wanting a keyboard compatible with Mac, you will want to pick from any of the keyboards that say "for Mac". some of you keyboards we have a version specifically for Mac like the MX Keys for Mac.

Mouse is fine but keyboard is bad

Keyboard has a slight delay but manageable. A couple of days later, the keyboard wouldn't respond to certain keys. Changed batteries and still the same issue. End up returning to product. Not recommended. Disappointed especially a Logitech product.

Lost connection

Keyboard is inconsistent w/ computer contact

Only the mouse works. TERRIBLE

Keyboard loses connection constantly, despite the USB connector being just inches away. Batteries constantly pop out of the chassis. Awful design, The mouse mysteriously works just fine Another item that's now non-refundable because of the time spent between purchase and setup. Awful money sink.

I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the MK335 mouse and keyboard combo, you will find a Downloads tab at the left and at the top of the page. Please visit the “Downloads” section at the top of the page to reveal all of the Logitech software downloads. If you have not already done so, I recommend downloading the Logitech “SetPoint” software for customization and best overall experience. The “Firmware Update Tool” will ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. If you are still experiencing issues after these steps and restarting your computer, please try reestablishing the connection with the USB receiver through the Unifying software. If you need any further assistance, there is also a “Contact Us” tab on this support link.

Will not buy again

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that your MK335 had some lag when typing. It sounds like connectivity issues to me, so to narrow the issue down, try switching USB ports on your computer to one possibly closer to the mouse/keyboard. Also, try to minimize obstructions between the devices and the receiver. These two things should be able to tell you if the issue has something to do with the USB port you're using or the receiver itself.
