      Hi Picture,
      I am sorry that you had this inconvenience. You are right, the Best Buy website shows pictures of the product with the unify wireless adapter, which is wrong. The MK435 has a wireless adapter that is not Unify technology, as shown in the manufacturer's pictures. Logitech appreciates your input and sincerely apologies for the inconvenience.

    Original intent and main purpose was to use on raspberry pi. Works great there, also whenever I want to use on small laptop.

      Hello, So sorry to hear about the malfunctions that you're experiencing with the keyboard for the MK345. Without knowing the specifics of the malfunction, here are some troubleshooting tips. Check that the receiver is securely plugged into a USB port on your computer. If the receiver is plugged into a USB hub, try plugging it directly into your computer. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port closer to your keyboard and mouse. Remove any metallic objects between the receiver and your keyboard and mouse. If none of these help to resolve the issue, the MK345 does come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty.     I will be typing and the keyboard won't pick anything up and then will all of a sudden type 95% of what I was typing. I then have to go back in and fix the 5% it missed. Sometimes it even types the same letter multiple times. The mouse will just stop moving. I've tried it on several surfaces to see if that was causing an issue but no luck.

    Not durable at all.

    I purchased this product in April 2021 and about 5-6 months later, it stopped working. The keyboard completely went out. Initially I thought it was the batteries, but changed them out and it still did not work.

      Hello Jspenc, we are so sorry to hear about your issues with the MK345. For best results, it's recommended to be within 10m from your connection. Lots of electronics might be interfering with the bluetooth connection as well.     This keyboard and mouse is cheaply made and has very poor quality and performance. I returned mine within 1hrs of buying it. Final verdict: would not recommend it.

    I've only had this keyboard/mouse combo for a short while but so far so good. I am a bit perplexed though why the switch to turn Cap Locks off turns the whole keyboard off.

    Really sucks! Mouth worked for like a day and stopped working, keyboard I had to change battery 3 days after I turned it on. Would not buy it again.

    Keys stick on keyboard and it's obvious to me it's very poorly made. It's overpriced and should be priced below $20.

    After about 9 months 2 of the keys are sticking.....seems the quality is not good or I got a lemon!
