Slow and non-n responsive at times

Initially, it was just a bit slow like an occasional 1 second delay. Over the last month, I have to remove the dungle and put it back in to have the keyboard and mouse recognized. There have also been times when the keyboard is just non-responsive to key strokes. I have found it very frustrating. I need a more dependable keyboard and mouse.

I expected more from this brand and even at this price. The mouse is also not ergonomic at all for larger hands. This product is expensive for a budget item and too cheap for a “quality” item

Keyboard randomly typs 1 over and over

I had to turn off the keyboard and keep restarting it. This mouse also is not good. I threw out tyhe boxes no return able this stinks though. Just beware like most wireless keyboards and mice it is better to save your money.

not a fan of the mouse...

Severe lag after several months

Unfortunately I'm experiencing lag with the keyboard that can last up to 10-15 seconds. Even after battery replacement it continues.

Tiny super light weight mouse. Battery power lasted less than 1 week of me working from home. I recommend standard corded keyboard and mouse
