GREAT KEYBOARD COMBO!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.solid piece of equipment with 2 possible areas of improvement: 1) the function keys and number pad hang off to the right of the letter keys. This is fine if you are using this wireless pad on a desktop. Then again, why does it need to be wireless if it always sits on your desk. If you use this in bed, or on the plain, etc, then those extra keys make it want to fall over to the right. There should be a travel version of this that is just the letter pad. 2) It would be nice if the pad turned itself off after a period of inactivity so that the battery is protected.

Nice keyboard

To get the extra functionality of the mouse you have to download the righ programs from the Logitech website. Adding this program at first had a weird effect on scrolling but that seems to have gone away. The special functionality of the buttons went away one day. and had to be reset. Might have been due to a MS update. The light on the mouse comes on when you turn it on and then goes off. had to get to the website to find out if that was good or bad. Probably there isn't anything much better out there
