Mouse just works fine and am pretty satisfied with it. However, am facing problem with the keyboard. I would type something either in a document, or in a browser, and nothing would appear, Then after a few seconds or nearly minute, I would see them on the screen. I tried connecting a wired one and works very well. I am thinking this is a problem with the keyboard. As I already passed 30 day period, I wanted to see if Logitech provides any replacement for this product.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

However, he keyboard is kind of noisy and even the mouse tracker wheel makes a scraping sound. It's gotten a little better as I use it more. But everything works as expected.

Box was damaged and crumpled at one end. Keyboard was dented but does work. I recommend you ask for adequate packaging if having this item shipped.

I had to keep turning them off & on and wait up to 5 minutes before they would work again. Now I have to send to the Manufacturer & pay Labor & maybe S&H!
