It seems as of latley, most of the items I have purchased from Best BVuy have been garbage. This one however takes the award for " Do Not Purchase ". The keyboard will fail to respond 80% of the time. This does not help if you in the middle of a game or project that is time sensitive. This garbage goes back to Best Buy today.

Haven't set it up yet.... no opinion yet..can't really recommend yet to friend....

The keyboard hada nice feel but the mouse lag time was terrible

For a Logitech product I really expected more. The overall quality seems low and the products feel way too light and plastic based, with a very hollow feeling. Does not feel well made and the mouse isn’t very accurate.

I've had this keyboard and mouse combo for a while. At first everything was fine. Now either the keyboard or mouse or both response is always lagging, making them impossible to use. I am going back to a wired setup.

I've had this set for about a week now. It worked fine at first with the batteries it came with. They died and my rechargable batteries won't work with the keyboard. I might just have a defective one, which I'm going to try and have replaced. The mouse is fine but the keyboard won't stay on. If it get replaced, I'll change my review.

It was working fine till the able to return date. Then, the issues started. The response time after pressing the keys is horrendous and always in wrong order.

It's a keyboard. Feels sort of cheap, but then again, it is cheap dollar wise.

I made the mistake of asking a store tech for help, the keyboard is too noisy, and too bulky for me.

Plug and play was good Haven't had any connection issues I wish the palm rest was bigger!

Love the layout but I type with my nails which make it hard to complete tasks when the keys stick.

This bundle item was an add on special with monitor purchase. There is nothing special about this keyboard. It’s straight out of 1995. The keyboard is thick with massive keys that need giant man fingers to depress. This was returned and replaced with the Logitech MK470 slim keyboard combo. Happy with the switch!

This wireless does have a delay between response on desktop other wise it works fine.

This was the second time I purchased this exact Wireless Keyboard model. The first time I purchased the Keyboard only, a couple years ago & I loved it, (which is why I bought it again). This time I decided to get the Keyboard & Mouse combo, so I wouldn't two separate USB plug-ins. This new keyboard has terrible lagging & response issues! Since my purchase, I've been using this set at my office and a lot of times when I start typing on a new line, I'm half way through a sentence before I notice it hasn't typed anything at all... Then suddenly my sentence will appear with the first two & a half words missing. Also, when I click on the mouse to a previous paragraph, sometimes I have to click on the cursor several times before it will respond. I'm plugging my old mouse back in & I'll update my review if it helps to have each device connected with its own USB.

A pretty decent keyboard and mouse set, but the mouse can lag a bit on occasion.

The keyboard is huge to be a just a keyboard while the mouse is only good for small hands.

This is the newer model of the wireless keyboard I had previously. I bought this thinking it would be more comfortable and easier to use, but the mouse from the previous keyboard is more comfortable and easier to use. Functionality of the keyboards are both great though. I think it comes down to personal preference.

Mouse won’t work as it should be. It gets stuck very often

I have returned this keyboard because I didn't like the mouse and I didn't think it was worth the cost.

I am used to typing on a much larger keyboard so I will have to change it out at some point
