    Batteries don’t last long and keyboard is to light to the touch causing many mistakes when typing

    The range seems to be less than 10 feet, even with full power, and the keys feel cheap, not always returning fully raised to press again.

      Thank you for your feedback. It's greatly appreciated. Sorry for any inconvenience. Use compressed air to remove any loose debris and dust between the keys. To clean the keys, use water to lightly moisten a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe down the keys. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

    Very loud keyboard and odd feel. The mouse didn’t work consistently, so returning them.

    Works and functions maybe not the best but if u want a cheap setup that does that it’s intended to, get this.

    Where is my keyboard?

    I would love to review this product, but I still have not received it. I have spoken to the delivery company who said they had to contact Best Buy. I have spoken to Best Buy who said they would send another one out immediately.

    This product is barely OK. The mouse won’t connect (even after many attempts and much troubleshooting) and the keys stick.

Unfortunately lemons can happen sometimes with the thousands of products that get shipped out everyday. If you are still within the exchange period, please try a new one and see if that one works.     No bluetooth connectivity without dongle, meaning cannot be used separately (just mouse or just keyboard)

    Few months and then it stopped working

    So after a few months the keys stopped working and I had to return it thank goodness I got the warranty replacement!!

    Don't both with HP, Microsoft, or any other brand keyboards and mice. Logitech will last you forever!

    Not happy; keys are spaced tightly and rounded; making it hard to get a tactile grip on the keys.

    Likes to randomly stop transmitting inputs. One second it working and then the next you have to wait 30 seconds for it to work.

    Mouse have a 0.1 mm gap, so it is wobbly

    Two times I bought this kit the mouse had an issue so it wobbles on the surface (pad or table). This is a unacceptable defect for a mouse device. You can fix it with 2-4 layers of a duct tape on one of the slide pads. I love Logitech and love this combo kit design. I hope it is just a manufacturing defect of one batch, not the whole series. I have a M310 mouse from a different kit and its surface is perfect.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MK540. It sounds like you're having some connectivity issues. My recommendation would be to try different usb ports for the unifying receiver, specifically ports that are closest to the mouse and keyboard and that have minimal obstructions.

    Average at best, in fact the one sift key does not work properly. Disappointing, get something better, junk.

      Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
      If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.
